Captain Jack’s beautiful snow-white halibut fillets are boneless, skinless, and are perfect for the barbeque, oven, or deep fryer. We offer the tastiest Gulf of Alaska halibut fillets, carefully cut from ideally sized Alaskan halibut to ensure pristine texture, moisture content, and flavor. Fillets are hand trimmed and cut into pieces ranging from 2/3 lb. to 1 pound, vacuum sealed, and blast frozen to lock in their fresh flavor.
